OOTD

I received my order from Charlotte Russe and I was pleasantly surprised.  I would not consider myself a dress person but I am trying to become one.  I loved all the dresses and decided to wear this one to work yesterday.

The dress has an open cold shoulder that connects and then opens up again at the forearm.  Also, I am just in LOVE with these booties.  The moment I saw them at Torrid I knew they had to be mine.  They will take some getting used to but I love them nonetheless!

Also, I was loved my lippie with the dress and entire makeup look.  I purchased this liquid lip from Anastasia in Craft, but for some reason, I never reach for it! I think I have been missing out!
